Terms of Service.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of TSFI — TeamScott Financial Intelligence — operated by TeamScott LLC, Memphis, Tennessee. By using the site, the free tools, or a paid plan, you agree to them.

2. What TSFI is

TSFI is an analysis tool. It scores freight movements against the figures you enter and returns a Profit Score and one of three verdicts: TAKE IT, NEGOTIATE, or WALK AWAY. It is not a load board, a freight broker, a factoring company, or a transportation management system.

3. Not financial or legal advice

Scores, verdicts, counter-rates, reviews, and lane figures are informational. You are the carrier or dispatcher, and every booking, signing, and pricing decision is yours. We do not guarantee any financial outcome, and results depend on the accuracy of what you enter.

4. Free tools

The Profit X-Ray and Cost Per Mile Calculator may be used without an account or card. Rate Con Review and Lane Intelligence are free with a free account. We may change, limit, or discontinue a free tool at any time. Automated scraping, resale, or bulk extraction of tool output is not permitted.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Accounts are for one carrier or dispatch operation; do not share credentials outside it.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

7. 30-day money-back guarantee

Tell us within 30 days of your first payment that you want a refund and we will return it in full, with no form to complete. The guarantee applies to a first paid subscription period.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the load, cost, and business information you enter. You grant us permission to process it to deliver the service and to improve the accuracy of our analysis. We do not sell your load data or share your rates with brokers.

9. Our content

The site, the scoring methodology, reports, guides, worksheets, and the TSFI and TeamScott names are our property. You may use and print the guides and worksheets for your own operation; you may not republish or resell them.

10. Email communications

By creating an account or requesting a report or guide, you agree to receive email related to that request. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional email tied to an active account continues while the account exists.

11. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer the scoring engine, interfere with the service, access other users' data, or use TSFI to violate law or a contract you are party to.

12. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, and errors happen.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamScott LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost freight opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

14. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or for non-payment.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.
