Your load data is never sold
We do not sell, rent, or broker your rates, lanes, or customer names. Nothing you score is shared with brokers or load boards.
Scoring runs on our servers
The scoring method lives in one place — the server. Your browser sends the load and receives the figures, verdict, and signals. No scoring weights or thresholds are shipped to the browser.
Accounts see their own records
Saved loads, invoices, legs, and records are scoped to your account at the database level. Support access is limited to the owner account.
Keys stay on the server
Payment, email, fuel-data and AI credentials are stored as server-side secrets. They are never present in the pages your browser downloads.
Payments
Card details are handled by Stripe Checkout. TSFI never sees or stores a card number.
Reports and alerts are sent through Resend from notify.teamscottllc.com. Marketing and nurture email carries a working unsubscribe link backed by a suppression list.
Service level
TSFI is a small, owner-run operation. We do not publish a contractual uptime SLA. If something is down, call (901) 800-6930 and you will reach a person.
