How does the scoring work?
You enter the load — pickup and delivery, loaded miles, deadhead, the all-in rate, fuel price, and your MPG. TSFI scores it on rate quality, deadhead cost, fuel burn, and the margin left over, and returns a 0–100 Profit Score. The scoring runs on our servers, never in your browser, and every score shows the numbers behind it.
What do the three verdicts mean?
TAKE IT means the rate clears your costs with margin to spare. NEGOTIATE means the load can work at a better number, and you get the counter-rate to ask for. WALK AWAY means the numbers do not come back at any realistic rate. Those three are the only verdicts TSFI gives.
What is free and what is paid?
Every Profit X-Ray is free and no card is required to run one. Paid plans add the ongoing tools: Atlas negotiation help, saved loads and lane history in The Tower, and fleet features.
How does billing and cancellation work?
Plans bill on a recurring basis and you can cancel at any time from your account; you keep access through the period you have already paid for. Current prices are on the Pricing page: Solo $99/mo, Pro $197/mo, Fleet $499/mo, and Dispatch $299/mo (up to 10 trucks) or $599/mo (11–25). Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10.
What is the 30-day guarantee?
If a paid plan is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No forms to argue over.
What is the Fleet Intelligence Audit?
A one-time, lane-by-lane review of your fleet's own loads, ending with a Dispatch Discipline Score (0–100) and a 90-day Revenue Recovery Roadmap. From $1,500. What we need: 60–90 days of load history or settlement statements (rate confirmations, settlements or a TMS export all work). Turnaround: 1–9 trucks: 7–10 business days · 10–20 trucks: 10–14 business days · 21+ trucks: Custom timeline, agreed in writing.
What happens to my data?
Your load details are yours. We use them to score your loads and to show you your own history. We do not sell your data or share individual load information with brokers.
