1. Who we are

2. Information you give us

Free tools: you may use the Profit X-Ray and Cost Per Mile Calculator without an account. Rate Con Review and Lane Intelligence are free with a free account. If you choose to unlock a full report or request guides, we collect the name, email address, and optional USDOT number you enter.

Contact and application forms: name, email, phone, company, subject, message, and — for driver applications — city and state, CDL class, experience, endorsements, route preference, and availability.

Accounts and subscriptions: if you create an account, we store your email and the loads you choose to save. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.

3. Load and cost information

Load details you enter — lane, miles, deadhead, rate, fuel price, MPG, and operating cost — are used to produce your score, verdict, and report, and to improve the accuracy of our analysis. We do not sell your load data, and we do not share your rates or lanes with brokers.

4. How we use information

To provide the tools and reports you request; to email you a copy of a report you unlocked; to answer your messages; to process subscriptions; to send guides and product updates if you asked for them; and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

5. Email communications

Transactional email — report copies, receipts, account notices — is part of the service. Marketing email is sent only to people who asked for it, and every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional email tied to an active account.

6. Service providers

We use third parties to host the application and database, deliver email, and process payments. They receive only what they need to perform that function and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage to remember your currency and distance-unit preference, your cookie choice, and to keep you signed in.

Google Analytics (GA4): we use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to count page visits and see which pages and tools are used. It loads only after you click Accept on the cookie banner; if you click Decline or make no choice, it never loads. When it runs it sets Google cookies (such as _ga) and sends Google your page views, approximate location from your IP address (we turn on IP anonymization), device and browser type, and how you arrived. We do not send Google your load details, rates, email address or name. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser, and Google's own opt-out is at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.

8. Data retention

We keep account and saved-load data for as long as your account is active, and contact, lead, and application records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected and for our records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

10. Your choices

You may request a copy of your data, ask for a correction, unsubscribe from marketing email, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Email vincentscott@teamscottllc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

11. Children

TSFI is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.

12. Users in Canada

We serve carriers in the United States and Canada. Information may be stored and processed in the United States. By using TSFI you agree to that transfer.

13. Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders.
