Plain English first: If TSFI does not identify a profit-leak opportunity on your first analyzed load, your trial is completely free — no charge, no questions, no obligation.
The TSFI Guarantee — Exact Terms
TSFI offers the following guarantee on the trial load analysis:
If TSFI does not identify any profit-leak opportunity (deadhead waste, weak rate-per-mile, fuel margin gap, or trip-economics issue) on your first analyzed load submission, you will not be charged for the unlock or any trial fee associated with that submission.
What Qualifies as a First Analyzed Load
- One load submission per user — the guarantee applies to the first load submitted under a given email address
- The submission must include accurate data: pickup city, delivery city, loaded miles, load rate, deadhead miles, and fuel estimate
- The submitted load must represent a real, completed or planned freight movement
- Test submissions, dummy data, or clearly inaccurate figures do not qualify
How the Guarantee Is Honored
If your initial result identifies no profit-leak opportunity and you have been charged:
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge
- Contact vincentscott@teamscottllc.com with your submission email and transaction reference
What Is Not Covered
- Duplicate submissions of the same load under the same or different email addresses
- Submissions with intentionally incorrect or incomplete data
- Paid monthly subscription fees (TSFI Core System, Pro Bundle, or Fleet Command) — these are governed by standard subscription cancellation terms
- Any load submitted after the first qualifying trial submission
Subscription Cancellations
TSFI Core System, Pro Bundle, and Fleet Command subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions.
