1. Service Description

TSFI (TeamScott Fleet Intelligence System) is a load intelligence and profit analysis service operated by TeamScott LLC. The service provides analysis of submitted load data including deadhead impact, rate quality assessment, fuel cost calculation, and trip profitability signals. TSFI results are intended for informational and decision-support purposes only.

2. Trial Load Analysis

The trial load analysis is offered as a free initial result showing load score, opportunity status, and issue flags. The full analysis — including complete profit recovery breakdown, next-move recommendations, and reload opportunity intelligence — requires a paid unlock.

3. No Guarantee of Financial Outcomes

TSFI provides analysis and recommendations based on submitted data. Results are estimates and advisory in nature. TeamScott LLC makes no guarantee of specific financial outcomes from using TSFI analysis. Actual results depend on market conditions, broker negotiations, fuel prices, driver performance, and other factors outside TSFI’s control. The TSFI trial-load guarantee applies only to the offer as described on the Refund and Guarantee page.

4. User Responsibility for Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of all load data submitted to TSFI. Inaccurate submissions may result in inaccurate analysis. TeamScott LLC is not liable for analysis errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the user.

5. Payment and Access

Paid services are billed as described on the Pricing page. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. One-time unlock fees are charged at the time of unlock. Refund terms are governed by the Refund and Guarantee page.

6. Limitation of Liability

TeamScott LLC’s liability for any claim arising from use of TSFI is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question. TeamScott LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of TSFI results.

7. Intellectual Property

All TSFI content, analysis methodology, brand materials, and software are the property of TeamScott LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell TSFI analysis results or materials without written permission.

8. Modifications

TeamScott LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of TSFI after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court as appropriate.
